Jeff Kleiner joined Abodes in 1993 from a background rich in engineering. He incorporates his ability to design and knowledge of how to build with a thorough understanding of the Abodes aesthetic. Prior to Abodes, he developed his engineering skills working at Schwitzer Corporation for three years and General Motors for 12.

With an enduring interest in architecture and construction, Mr. Kleiner became Abodes’ Construction Manager/Director in 1993.  He has worked on everything from The Arbors to The Bakehouse to the Fields, and continues his contribution with the newest addition to Abodes, 16.  He developed the site layout, floor plans, and exterior design and will work on site to make sure quality levels are met.

Mr. Kleiner’s hard work and dedication make him a frequent recipient of recognition and praise within Abodes.  As 16 reaches full speed, he can be found daily on site working to ensure the completion of another phenomenal Abodes property.
