Shaun Langhorne has worked as Superintendent on multiple large projects. He has a supervisory background and has directed operations for a 50-employee field staff. No stranger to multi-million dollar projects, Mr. Langhorne has been involved with several large high profile projects including the Strip Caster Plant at Nucor Steel and Pharmaceutical at the Eli Lilly Building 87 Manufacturing and Research Facility.

Mr. Langhorne is diversified in many different building forms such as commercial, Historical, Hotel ( Extended Stay America, Hilton Garden inn and Marriot Town Place Suites),  Multi Family, Pharmaceutical, Pre Engineered Steel Structures, Residential, Restaurant ( Champps, Chipotle, Olive Garden, Pieatros ), Retail, Strip Malls, Tenant Build Outs and Structural Steel.

Mr. Langhorne is helping Abodes Development expand into the realm of commercial construction, working with critical path theory and fast tracking projects, utilizing his expertise to help mainstream Abodes Development building process. He has experience with CAD, Timberline, Prolog, Master Builder and has 30 hours of OSHA training.
